High Or Low Out Of The Bunker Onto The Green

To give a low shot with some run to the green, play the ball back in your stance and with limited follow through.To give a high shot which stops on landing,play the ball from in line with your front foot,and with a high follow through.

Many people find it helpful to develope a small movement which triggers their swing,and gets it off to a smooth start.Maybe just press your left knee forward a little or vary the pressure of your hands on the grip slightly.Work on something which is effective for you.
